Our primary focus is the cultivation of the finest quality Sultan Fish (Leptobarbus hoevenii), a species woven into Malaysia’s cultural and culinary heritage. Historically a delicacy reserved for royal tables — which is how it earned its regal name.
Known locally as Ikan Jelawat, the authentic Sultan Fish is specifically the silver-white variant native to the Jelai River in Pahang. While related colour variants exist across Southeast Asia, we are dedicated exclusively to this original, premium strain — making it accessible to discerning consumers nationwide.
